J&W Supply required a Shopify site that could clearly present a growing catalogue of products while remaining easy to manage and maintain. The focus was on creating a clean, reliable structure that supported stock tracking, promotions, and product variations without adding unnecessary complexity. A simple, scalable theme was implemented with clear navigation and a megamenu to help users quickly find products across categories. Product data was structured to support variations and sale pricing cleanly across listings and product pages, ensuring consistency throughout the buying journey. Reusable advertising components were built with a single source of truth, making updates straightforward and reducing duplication. The checkout experience was kept intentionally simple, prioritising speed and clarity for customers.
